Today, on (2-27-2021) and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Zeravan Abdul Mohsen Asaad, President of the University, a seminar was presented by (Dr. Rebar Hussein Yousif) entitled (The Impact of the corona Pandamic on Public Freedoms), as one of the requirements of the Quality Assurance Directorate at Cihan University - Duhok, it included the topic, The Corona pandemic did not affect on the lives and health of peoples only, but its impact on all economic, political and social aspects,  many countries declared a state of emergency, and took a lot of precautionary and preventive measures to prevent the spread of this deadly virus.
These actions have affected directly on
Public freedoms as a result of actions and measures taken by governments, and among these freedoms, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, freedom to practice religious rites and other public freedoms.
